1. Nurse Professional Liability Insurance
Scope of Coverage:
This policy provides protection for services under the professional supervision of Derricka Bolden, RN, BSN, licensed in California. Coverage includes:
Claims arising from professional negligence or errors in nursing services.
Legal defense and settlement costs associated with alleged incidents during care.
Exclusions:
Pre-existing medical conditions unrelated to our services.
Client negligence in following postoperative instructions.
Injuries or damages resulting from third-party actions.
2. Mobile Service Insurance
Scope of Coverage:
This policy covers incidents related to mobile services, ensuring:
Protection against accidents or injuries occurring during the provision of in-home care.
Damage to equipment or supplies while in transit or on-site.
Liability coverage for any harm caused unintentionally during service delivery at a client’s home or location.
Exclusions:
Damage or injuries resulting from unsafe client environments (e.g., hazardous premises).
Loss of equipment due to theft without reasonable precautionary measures.
Uninsured vehicles transporting staff or equipment.
3. Car Insurance Policy for Service Vehicles
Scope of Coverage:
This policy provides insurance for vehicles used for business purposes, including:
Liability coverage for accidents involving company-owned or rented vehicles.
Comprehensive coverage for theft, vandalism, and damage from natural disasters.
Medical payments for injuries sustained by drivers or passengers during work-related travel.
Exclusions:
Personal use of company vehicles outside work hours.

4. Personal Vehicle Use

Liability Protection: Coverage for bodily injury and property damage resulting from accidents that occur while using the personal vehicle for business purposes.
Collision and Comprehensive Coverage: Protection against damages to the personal vehicle from collisions, theft, vandalism, and natural disasters during business use.
Medical Payments: Coverage for medical expenses for Derricka Bolden and passengers involved in an accident while using the personal vehicle for business.
Exclusions:
Use of the personal vehicle for non-business-related activities during work hours.
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Unauthorized drivers operating the personal vehicle for business purposes.
Incidents arising from intentional acts or gross negligence by the driver.
Requirements:
Driver Qualifications: Derricka Bolden must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
