1. Payment Methods

Grace Konture, LLC accepts the following payment methods:

• Stripe (debit and credit cards)

• Apple Pay

• PayPal

2. Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all services at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of the service.

3. Consultation Fees

An initial consultation fee of $50 is required. This fee is non-refundable and does not apply toward future services.

4. Full Payment

The remaining balance is due on the day of service. Failure to remit payment may result in cancellation of the service.

5. Refund Policy

All deposits and consultation fees are non-refundable. There are no refunds after services have been rendered. Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Grace Konture, LLC under extraordinary circumstances.
