Grace Konture, LLC prioritizes the health and safety of our clients and staff. The following measures are in place:

1. Client Screening

All clients must complete a health screening questionnaire prior to appointments. If you exhibit symptoms of COVID-19, your appointment will be rescheduled.

2. Sanitation Protocols

Our staff adheres to strict sanitation protocols, including:

• Regular hand washing

• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Sanitizing all equipment and surfaces between appointments

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are required to:

• Wear a mask during in-person interactions

• Inform us immediately if they test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of their appointment

4. Cancellation Due to COVID-19

Appointments canceled due to COVID-19 concerns will be rescheduled without penalty. However, deposits remain non-refundable.
